First Visit - 1 Hour, History, Evaluation, and Treatment

Second Visit - 45 Minutes, Treatment

Additional Visits - Decided after 2nd treatment to meet your goals

 

CLOTHING: (wear or bring)

Soft attire only, no zippers, buttons, buckles

Stretchy bottom: sweat or yoga pant, long johns

T-shirt (long or short sleeves--arm pits covered)

Socks for your feet

Washington does not require physician referral for Physical Therapy

We do not bill insurance nor provide billing codes

We are not a Medicare provider

A cash payment practice: cash or check accepted

Full payment is expected at the time of service -- we do not bill
